The number of brackets included with your handrail is based on the length of the handrail that you order.

Simply measure your run and order the length that most closely matches — always round up to the nearest size to ensure proper fit.
Please note: Any section over 72" will be split into 2 sections. This is to accommodate UPS max length of 72". There will be a small seam where the two sections meet. (Picture attached)
If you required a longer shipment, please reach out to us and we will arrange for a larger freight delivery at an additional cost.

We take great care in making sure that your order is triple checked before we ship out, and all orders are checked for inspection. We are confident that you will love your new handrail! All custom orders are subject to final sale because they are made to your specifications. Shipping is calculated based on your ZIP code at checkout.
We ask that you inspect your full order once it arrives. If there is any damage to items when they arrive, please inform us within 3 business days of delivery and include photos of the damage. We will replace any parts with damage at no cost to you. All orders are custom and are non-returnable and non-refundable.
